Unlike ordinary matcha drinks, we use only the highest-grade, stone-ground Uji matcha sourced from traditional tea farms in Uji, Kyoto. To ensure the freshest aroma and deepest flavor, every single cup is freshly whisked using a traditional bamboo whisk (Chasen) right after you order. You can enjoy the intense creaminess, natural sweetness of the milk, and the refined, deep umami of authentic Japanese green tea.

For all of our signature drinks, including our Matcha Lattes and Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea) Lattes, we offer plant-based milk alternatives:

Hands-on Authentic Matcha Making Experience

For travelers looking for a memorable cultural activity in Kyoto, we offer an Authentic Uji Matcha Making Experience (3,000 yen).

Under the friendly guidance of our English-speaking staff, you will learn the history, manners, and techniques of Japanese tea culture. You will get to use a traditional bamboo whisk to make your own perfect cup of premium Uji matcha. It is a highly recommended, beginner-friendly experience for international tourists.
